Smokey
This buck has amazing genetics that pulled him through when his Dam died when he was six weeks old. Smokey wouldn't bottle feed leaving us to worry that his growth would suffer. However, genetics won out and he thrives on as one of our best bucks. His pedigree sports many ennoblements including EGGS-Ryal Magnum and Eggsfile.
The Fonz
Fonz sports a magnificient old South African Boer style in pedigree, combined with some of Downings best lines. He accumulated 28 ABGA points when owned and shown by Parker's Gourmet Goats. After we lost his sire, Django, we asked the Parkers if they could let him go and the Fonz returned to us. Though he is of the 'old style' Boers, we get inquiries for offspring from these lines and we are thrilled to have him back.
The Fonz is available for breeding service at $150.00.
Richocet's brief entry into the show world was at the July 2009 Red White and Boer Show in Clark County, Washington. It was a real fireworks event.
He took Senior and Overall Grand Champion Buck twice.
He is becoming known throughout the country as his kids branch out with a son, Diego, going to California for a show career and a doe kid on her way to flush in Texas.
Richocet's progeny have accumulated over 400 points towards his ennoblement, which we expect to see awarded very soon.
